Candle Craze Studio invites you to a one-of-a-kind, DIY experience where you'll craft your own signature scent. Explore the art of fragrance blending and candle pouring as  you create a personalized candle that reflects your unique style. Guided by our team, you'll enjoy a hands-on session designed to spark creativity and provide a truly memorable experience.

Payment is due in full at the time of reservation to secure your spot. 

Food/Drink Policy:

• HOT Food is NOT permitted during the experience, finger foods and/or snacks are permitted. Beverages are allowed as long as they are in a cup with a secure top/lid or a bottle with a secure cap, to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone

Group & Party Option (Minimum 10 Guests):

• For a more relaxed and social experience, we recommend booking a private party for groups of 10 guests (up to 24). Large gatherings typically require more time than our standard experiences (there is an upcharge for private parties)
• Private Parties allow your group to fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed and offer time to socialize

Cost of Experience:

• During your hands-on experience, pricing varies based on the tier of the materials you choose, allowing you to fully personalize your experience
• Experience prices start at $45.00 per person

Enhance your Candle Craze experience with our Candle Refill Service. For just $15 - $20, depending on the candle vessel tier, you can refresh your unique candle up to two times

• Simply clean your original candle vessel with soap and water, and our team will expertly refill it with your initial scent blend

Once your refill is ready, we'll notify you for pick-up. This service provides a sustainable way to extend your experience and continue enjoying your favorite aroma.

• AGE REQUIREMENTS: For safety reasons, guest MUST be at least 10 years of age in order to participate in the experience. Anyone UNDER 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, aged 21 or older (one adult per every 4 participants)
• To ensure everyone's safety, we do NOT allow children UNDER 10 years old in the studio at all, NOR do we allow for extra guests that are NOT participating in the experience
• For ANY experience with participants aged 10-15, at LEAST one responsible adult MUST be present on the premises for every 4 participants in this age group. This adult MUST remain present throughout the entire process.

• We kindly suggest arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled booking. We understand that navigating through traffic can be challenging, so please allocate ample time for travel. To ensure that every guest enjoys the complete candle-making experience, we regretfully cannot accommodate guests arriving more than 15 minutes late. If you anticipate a delay, we recommend rescheduling for a later date. You have the flexibility to reschedule your class at any time.

• We value your experience with us and understand that plans can change. To accommodate such changes while maintaining our service quality, please note the following appointment policy information
  • One-Time Rescheduling: We offer the opportunity to reschedule your candle-pouring experience once, using the original deposit/payment. This is applicable for cancellations made with at least a 24 hour (1 day) notice prior to your scheduled reservation. We DO NOT re-apply deposits for other guests within the reservation.
  • 90-Day Window: The rescheduled experience must take place within 90 days of the original appointment date. Please ensure to choose a new date that fits within this time frame.
  • If you are a no-call, no-show, your payment will be forfeited. 

Remember, all deposits are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping manage our scheduling efficiently.

• Liability Waiver: Must be signed to participate in candle making experience. You will be prompted to sign once online reservation is made or you may sign in-person
